What to expect

We are thrilled to welcome you to our very first Brand & Sales Convention! This event is designed to enhance your understanding about our products and brands as well as the future trajectory we are on.

You will receive detailed training on both new and existing products, ensuring you’re knowledgeable about their features, benefits, and competitive advantages. During the brand workshops we will be focusing on our global heroes for MY25 and the overall brand strategy. Our P&A focus at this event will be on XLC and our strategic partner SRAM, who’s HQ you will visit for workshops during the event. When it’s time to meet-up at our test area we will do some hands-on work on demo bikes and during your sessions in the Auditorium you will get an update on our strategy initiatives.

The convention provides an excellent opportunity to get ready for sell-in 2025 and build strong relationships with colleagues from all over Europe.

We look forward to seeing you in Sennfeld!

Rules of Conduct

We are excited to have you join us for what promises to be an engaging and memorable event. To ensure that everyone has a positive and enjoyable experience, we’ve established some essential rules of conduct.

Respectful Behavior: Treat all colleagues with respect and professionalism. This includes listening attentively, valuing others’ opinions, and engaging in constructive discussions.

Answering Calls and E-Mails: Respect presenters and your fellow participants and turn off your phone during all workshops and sessions. Calls and e-mails can be returned and answered during breaks and free time between the sessions.

Punctuality: Ensure you are punctual for all sessions and meetings. Timeliness demonstrates respect for the event schedule and for your colleagues’ time.

Confidentiality: Respect the confidentiality of sensitive company information. Ensure that any proprietary data and embargoed data shared during the event remains within the team.

Photography and Recording: Capturing memories is an integral part of the convention experience. However, please note that no photography or filming is allowed during the convention. The same of course goes for any posts on social media. We will have a photographer on site to take some nice pictures.

Active Participation: Be actively involved in all sessions and workshops. Your insights and experiences are invaluable to the collective learning and growth of the team. Everyone will benefit from open-minded exchanges between participants from so many markets and countries.

Positive Attitude: When discussing challenges, focus on identifying practical solutions. A solution-oriented mindset encourages proactive thinking and fosters a positive, can-do attitude.

Badge Display: For security and access purposes, please always wear your wristband. This not only grants you access to various areas but also helps us identify fellow attendees.

No alcohol: In line with our sportive and healthy lifestyles, no alcohol will be served and consumed at the event location.

Cleanliness and Tidiness: We all share the responsibility of maintaining a clean and pleasant environment. Please dispose of trash in the designated bins and avoid leaving personal belongings unattended. A tidy space ensures a more enjoyable experience for everyone.

Compliance with Staff Directions: Our convention staff are here to help and ensure the smooth operation of the event. Please always follow their instructions and guidelines. Their directives are in place to guarantee your safety and the overall success of the convention.

And last but not least: Have fun!

By adhering to these rules of conduct, you contribute to the positive atmosphere and success of our convention. We appreciate your cooperation and are excited to share this fantastic experience with you. Let’s make this event a memorable one for all the right reasons!
