Dabei versenken wir diese leicht in das Unterrohr und fassen sie oben wie unten durch spezielle Anformungen ein. Dadurch erhält der Akku nicht nur eine deutlich höhere Anbindungspräzision, er wird auch erstmals optisch ein integrativer Teil des Rahmens. Das Laden und Abschließen des Akkus am XDURO ist natürlich problemlos möglich. The secret is lowering the battery slightly into the down tube, thus integrating it much more smoothly into the frame. Not only does this make the battery blend in with the frame, it actually elevates it to being an integral part of the frame’s visual design. Loading and locking the XDURO’s battery is straightforward and easy. The Bosch motor has quite a small chainring. Put simply, this would mean that the swinging arm’s pivot point be located inside or directly behind the motor. In order to avoid this, we placed a pulley wheel very close to the raised pivot point, which shifts the chain’s support point, preventing pedal kickback during compression almost entirely. Durch die spezielle Formgebung der Zähne wird eine hundertprozentige Auflage undFührungderKettengliederundsomiteinehoheLebensdauer garantiert. Zusammen mit dem integrierten Kettenführungsring am Sprocket und dem Chainguard am Pulley Wheel wird ein Kettenabwurf völlig ausgeschlossen. The XDURO’s drive sprocket was specifically developed by Haibike for this line and is CNC-milled from high-strength high-grade steel or Titan. The unique shape of the sprocket’s teeth ensures that the rollers mesh perfectly with the sprocket, prolonging the life of the sprocket itself. The combination of the integrated chain guide ring on the sprocket and the chainguard on the pulley wheel makes it virtually impossible for the chain to come off.
