Wie das XDURO setzt auch das SDURO technologische Maßstäbe. Kein Wunder, wurde es doch wie sein großer Bruder auf kompromisslose Leistungsfähigkeit hin entwickelt. Und die erreicht man nicht mit herkömmlichen Standard-Rohrsätzen oder Zukaufteilen. Daher haben wir einige der wichtigsten Features zusammengestellt: Just like the XDURO, the SDURO has been setting technological standards. Small wonder – since, just like its big brother, it has been developed to provide uncompromising performance, something you cannot achieve with run-of-the-mill tube sets or purchased parts. Bei den Fullys werden ausschließlich vollkugelige und hochbelastbare Industrielager verwendet. Diese verfügen über die doppelte Anzahl an Kugeln und sind speziell für Drehpunkte mit hohen Kräften, aber geringen Drehwinkeln ausgelegt. Darüber hinaus konnten wir die Fertigungspräzision so erhöhen, dass sich die Rahmenteile nun direkt auf den Lagerringen abstützen und nur durch Schrauben oder Bolzen gesichert werden. Alle Fullys besitzen hinten Steckachsen kombiniert mit einer Post Mount Aufnahme für die Hinterradbremse. Similar to the XDURO, we developed a custom high-strength frameplatformfortheSDUROusingacombinationofspecialtube profiles, Gravity Casting parts and hydroformed components. In our full-suspension bikes, we use high-force Max-ball bearings exclusively. These bearings contain double the number of balls and are specifically designed for pivot points that experience high forces at small angles of rotation. In addition, we were able to increase the manufacturing precision to such a degree that the frame elements are directly attached to the bearing races, held in place only by screws and bolts. All full-suspension bikes have a through axle at the rear with a post mount for the rear brake.
